A deposit of 20% of tariff is payable within 10 days to confirm your booking if booking is made 60 days before arrival, otherwise full payment is due within 3 working days. (If deposit is not paid within designated period of time bookings is assumed canceled).
Balance
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay
Minimum booking is for two nights
Booking Days
Over winter you have to book a minimum of two nights for weekends and five nights during the week. A weekend booking is normally Friday and Saturday night. A week booking starts on Sunday night and is normally for 5 or 7 days.
In Summer, minimum booking is for two nights. Christmas, New Year and Easter are the other peak times where restrictions may apply.

Keycode Entry
We have a programmed key code entry system with details provided to you prior to your stay, much better than carrying a set of keys around with you.
Special Conditions

No schoolies, specifically, no groups of young adults all under the age of 21
Any damage caused other than normal wear and tear will be charged to the client
